Implementation can roughly be broken down into the following phases:

• Analysis: This includes building business, technology, and user cases.
• Deployment: Installation of the hosting operating system and data storage facilities, the application, system security monitoring, and system availability monitoring.
• Customization: Application customization will certainly be required and custom coding may be required too.
• Data Migration: In order to make use of your new systems, data often must be migrated from existing repositories.  After a migration, the old system and the new system may also need to co-exist.
• Training: Certain functions in all applications require content managers, and they will have to be trained.  A user training for process for some applications may be required too.
• Support: Cirrus Nine will provide on-going support for certain applications.
